Delivery

At The Peaky Lighters are signs are handmade and we pay close attention to detail. We never ship a sign that hasn’t passed our individual quality control and rigorous testing. Below are the steps we take from you placing your order to delivery to your door:

  1. You place your order online selecting your perfect combination and telling us exactly what you want on the sign and in the font of your choice.

  2. Your order is passed to our design team who check over all the details and draw up working proofs of your configuration. A copy of these proofs are emailed directly to you for approval. Once approved we use those exact proofs to feed into our advanced CNC and Laser machines to produce your order.

  3. Once our machinery has finished cutting and calving your sign it is passed to a member of our team for hand finishing which includes smoothing, polishing, assembling and oiling. We then test the product to see how it sits on the wall and all LED modules.

  4. Once we are happy with the end result, we carefully package everything up in a safe a secure box and despatch your order

  5. Our choice of delivery is charged at £4.99 at checkout and is a 48 hour tracked royal mail service.

  6. In accordance with  our terms and conditions we cannot accept liability for damages whilst in transit with delivery companies but we endeavour to work with you to seek compensation from the delivery company. We encourage you to open and check the product upon delivery and before accepting it and should there be any visible damage we encourage you to not accept the delivery from our chosen delivery company and have them return the item back to us.
